UI redesign of e-shop with biotech skincare

We already clicked with the folks at Codex Labs while working on their visual identity, so we knew this wasn't just another cosmetic brand, but top-tier biotech. This time, we faced the challenge of translating this scientific authority directly into the web sales process without touching the code just yet. The brief wasn't "make it prettier," but "make it clearer." We focused on redesigning key elements of the homepage and product pages for both the US and EU markets, where it was essential to visually "declutter" and make room for the data and clinical trials that actually sell the products.

Instead of just graphics, we tackled the psychology of purchasing. For specific skin conditions like acne or eczema, customers look for empathy and clear solutions, not marketing fluff. We designed dedicated landing pages and tweaked the structure of product cards so the user immediately understands "why it works." With this approach, we removed friction points in the decision-making process and prepared a detailed design for developers ready for implementation. It’s a prime example of how surgically precise design can boost brand trust and pave the way for higher conversions.
