Corporate Housing Done Right

Brand Manual

We hit it off with the Prague Days team immediately. They are completely at home in the short-term tourist rental market, but they felt they were missing one heavy-hitting category—corporate clients. Managers and travel coordinators aren't looking for experiential living; they want reliability, headache-free invoicing, and peace and quiet for work. The brief was clear: take the existing, functional platform and build a specialized extension on top of it that speaks the language of business without losing the human face of the parent brand.

Our Solution

Simply "flipping a switch" wasn't enough. We had to visually and functionally separate a vacation from a business trip. We started with the identity. We swapped the original playfulness for trustworthiness and calm. We chose a palette of earthy, beige tones and clean typography that wouldn't look out of place in a boardroom. This new visual strength permeates everything—from the business cards you see in the photos to the letterheads. The goal was to build authority and show that Prague Days Business is a partner, not just another accommodation portal.

We then built the website itself on the logic of efficiency. Corporate clients don't want to spend hours scrolling. That's why we streamlined the user journey and highlighted filters essential for work—fast Wi-Fi, a desk, or proximity to business centers. The site stands on the solid technological foundations of the original platform, but its "facade" and features are tailored to B2B needs. By doing this, we removed friction points and shortened the path from inquiry to booking.

B2B Product

We created a digital environment where corporate clients feel secure and cared for. Prague Days now has a powerful tool up its sleeve for acquiring corporate partners—one that has visually matured without losing its soul. It’s proof that even in the B2B segment, design can be clean, clear, and functional.
