The Challenge
The goal wasn't just to build another "apartment catalogue" but to create a flagship developer website that stands out with its energy. Braník is a specific district characterized by life around the river and constant movement. The brief was clear: translate this active lifestyle into the digital realm so that potential residents feel the atmosphere of the place before even looking at the first floor plan. We needed a functional sales tool that wouldn't be boring.
The Process
We built the entire concept around the idea of "living to the fullest," which was reflected in the project naming and tagline. To avoid sterile stock photos, we took our cameras straight to the location. We created a series of original photographs using motion blur to capture the real hustle and dynamism of Braník. We then translated this energy into the visual identity. By choosing bold colors and typography complemented by illustrations depicting movement, we defined a unique visual language that permeates all communication.
The Solution
Technologically, we bet on Webflow, which allowed us to execute a visually demanding concept without compromising on performance. A static website wouldn't work here, so we brought the interface to life with numerous micro-animations throughout the website that respond to user interaction. Color transitions animate in real-time, maintaining visual attention. For the actual apartment selection, we implemented a clear 3D navigator that gives interested parties a precise spatial idea of their future home. We also considered the materials people take away (or download) – we designed PDF apartment master cards in InDesign to ensure even technical sheets match the project's visual style. The result is a website that doesn't just inform but actively sells a lifestyle through its execution.
