A brand and website built from scratch for 84 compact apartments in Prague
HUB 140
Challenge
Svoboda & Williams wanted a compact-apartment project on Prague's Novodvorská street, 84 units in 1+kk and 2+kk layouts, to speak to young people buying their first home of their own – not read like another development microsite built from the sister-project template. There was no identity yet, and no website, just the location and the intent.
Process
The core insight: sell the small unit as a benefit, not a compromise – a space of your own you can actually afford now. We built the identity from scratch around that idea, from moodboard through a fresh color palette and the name HUB140 itself to a Webflow build. The bright palette and the clipped, punchy name both signal smaller, more compact units on their own, so the identity communicates unit size before a visitor reads a single line. The brief also covered how the project should look in photography and visualizations, so marketing materials beyond the site carry the same young, confident tone. In the hero section we then gave the identity real weight: instead of a photo with a headline, a huge, softly rounded HUB140 wordmark cuts through the interior photography.
Solution
The result is a site with the claim "A small space for big dreams," holding compact apartments in a warm, confident identity: cream background, olive-green type and a terracotta call to action. The work covered the full visual identity, direction for visuals and photography, and its build into a working website for 84 units – brief to launch took under four months.
