A redesign for nine luxury villas in Brno, giving Hedonika a first-class, minimalist look

Challenge

Svoboda & Williams needed a website for Hedonika, a collection of nine exceptional villas in a premium location in Brno-Komín. The original site design came from outside Biceps and it worked, but luxury housing at this scale deserved a presentation as first class and minimalist as the villas' own architecture, not another development microsite stringing together the same image-plus-paragraph block over and over.

Process

We took the existing site and redesigned it into a new look. We scaled the typography down so it read more elegant, broke the repeating image-and-text rhythm, and where it made sense, let the text itself do the talking, short lines like "Calm. Reflections of light on the pool's surface. Ever-present greenery." became their own graphic element rather than a caption under a photo. We added subtle micro-animations, smooth scroll and page transitions that keep the site moving on load and on scroll without ever feeling busy. Alongside the site we also built a simple virtual navigator for finding your way between the individual villas.

Solution

The result is a website where typography and photography both get room to breathe, in the spirit of the claim "The geometry of your personal happiness." Nine villas due for completion in Q2/2027 now have a presentation that doesn't read as a template but as a distinct, deliberate piece of design, something the navigator proves too, guiding prospects through every single unit.
