Website of the residential project in Ostrava's tallest tower

Mrakodrap Ostrava
The Challenge
Client approached us with a clear vision for a project unparalleled in Ostrava. The goal was to create a digital presence for a residential project located in Ostrava's tallest tower, blending industrial history with the city's colorful future. We designed the complete visual identity and defined the project’s tone of voice. Our task wasn't just to "build a website," but to translate the monumentality and height of the physical structure onto flat screens. We needed a solution that was visually clean yet technically capable of handling specific apartment selection requirements without overwhelming the user.
The Process
One-size-fits-all makes no sense, so we approached the project individually, rejecting out-of-the-box solutions. During the design phase, we focused on reflecting the building's dominant feature—its height—into the layout. Instead of traditional horizontal structuring, we opted for airy layouts and components that mirror the building's verticality. This visually underscored the project's identity without being loud. For technical implementation, we chose the low-code platform Webflow9. This choice allowed us to reduce development time while giving the client a tool they can easily expand, whether adding small content updates or new pages.
The Solution
The result is a modern, clean website that serves as a powerful sales tool. To ensure the customer knows exactly how to proceed when choosing an apartment, we integrated an interactive 3D navigator and a clear price list. This feature isn't just visual candy; it simplifies the user's journey to an inquiry and removes friction points in the purchasing process. Technology here adapted to the business. Webflow ensured top-tier loading speeds and gave the client administration freedom without fear of vendor lock-in. We created a platform that dignifiedly represents the premium Svoboda & Williams brand while selling effectively.
