The Challenge

Partnering with CPI Property Group, we faced the critical task of consolidating their extensive portfolio into a single, accessible hub. The client needed a central platform that would interconnect all residential projects, creating a seamless experience for potential buyers. The goal wasn't just to build a website, but to engineer a tool that allows users to navigate the offer instantly without jumping between dozens of microsites. We needed to unify fragmented data and deliver a user-friendly search engine capable of handling hundreds of apartments across various locations effortlessly.

The Process

The key to success was close collaboration with the client to define the exact filtering parameters that matter to their customers. We designed logic capable of processing data from diverse sources in real-time. Instead of relying on guesswork, we visualized user journeys to ensure the path to a dream apartment takes as few clicks as possible. We created a system of listing blocks that works universally—serving both large projects with their own branding and smaller developments that rely on this portal for their primary presentation.

The Solution

The result is a modern website that visually steps back to let the development projects shine. We opted for a clean bento layout supported by a neutral color palette with a single accent blue that holds the visual identity together. To prevent the interface from feeling sterile, we utilized glass morphism (blur effects) and subtle animations, like a blurred background circle, adding depth and dynamism. Technically, we ensured that filtering is lightning-fast and project presentation remains consistent regardless of the source data. The client now possesses a tool that effectively converts visitors into leads, while users know exactly how to proceed with their purchase.
