Project sites for real estate portals

The Challenge

We aren't working with the people from 108 REAL ESTATE for the first time. As a leader in the commercial real estate market, they needed an efficient way to digitize their offer of industrial and office spaces. The brief wasn't just "make a website." The goal was to build a robust tool capable of clearly presenting hundreds of properties while being technically ready for international expansion. We needed a solution that would consolidate fragmented offers into the clear portals Skladuj and Najdi Kanceláře, not just for the Czech Republic, but also for Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, and India. The challenge was to design the system so the client wouldn't have to build infrastructure from scratch for every new market or project.

The Process

We approached the project with a focus on modularity and long-term sustainability. Instead of designing each portal separately, we designed a set of universal frontend components. These building blocks respect the visual identity we previously designed for them but are technologically agnostic regarding content. This means the client can use the same property listing component or hall detail on a website in Budapest as in Delhi; they just need to change the data and language mutation. We invested a lot of energy into search UX. We implemented advanced filtering and map interactions because we know location is the deciding factor in this business.

The Solution

The result is fully functional listing portals connected to the Contember technology core. This headless solution serves as the central brain for all 108 REAL ESTATE applications. By separating the frontend from the data layer, the client has absolute control over content, and we have freedom in development. The Skladuj and Najdi Kanceláře portals now function as fast and clear tools for real estate agents and end-users alike. We created an environment where launching a new project website isn't a matter of months, but weeks. It’s just a matter of taking prepared components, applying the correct branding, and filling them with data.
