A website with availability management of rental apartments in Prague's Karlín district

FRGMNT
The Challenge
Partnering with Svoboda & Williams and Trigema, we faced a task that went far beyond a standard real estate presentation. The Fragment project in Karlín isn't just a residential building; it's a living sculpture and an environmental landmark defining Prague's new face. A crucial distinction in this brief was the factor of time. Unlike standard development projects where units are sold once and the site’s job is done, this is a rental project. We needed to create a dynamic system capable of functioning over the long term, handling the continuous rotation of unit availability without constant manual input. The goal wasn't just to display a table of flats but to translate the unique architectural atmosphere into an online environment while ensuring a flawless, recurring booking process.
The Process
We approached the project as a digital extension of the physical structure. After a detailed analysis of the architecture, we decided the website had to breathe just like the building. We took the structure's characteristic elements—square motifs, irregular layouts, and spatial interplay—and forged them into the UI design. Avoiding templates, we developed a custom solution where large color blocks and contrasting typography guide the user through the content.
The Solution
The result is a website that serves as both a fully functional sales tool and a visual experience. We implemented an interactive 3D navigator, allowing potential tenants to "feel" the apartment's location within the building before ever visiting. We automated the entire selection and booking process, connecting it to a custom-built administration interface for easy content management. The site is far from static; it's brought to life by subtle interactions and animations that react to user movement. The fact that the project won a Best of Realty award confirms that combining bold design with functional technology makes sense not just to us, but to the market and end-users alike.
