Jeruzalemska 4
Challenge
PSN needed a website for Jeruzalémská 4, a residence in a functionalist building in the heart of Prague that once housed a pension with a ground floor tavern across from the Jeruzalémská Synagogue, and later spent over thirty years as the seat of the National Development Bank. Just 43 apartments, aimed at a premium buyer looking for a home with character rather than a new build with no story. Our job was web design only, with one clear requirement: PSN needed the site fast and needed it done well.
Process
Instead of a template solution, we went custom and sped the build up with AI enough to have the whole site ready in under two weeks from the brief. The design leans on the building's history: a “Century of Prague Stories” section walks through the pension, the tavern and the bank before it moves into the premium present, oak floors, box windows, designer fixtures, a private sauna. We connected the navigator and price list to Realpad, so unit availability and pricing stay current on their own, holding the same level of polish as the rest of the site despite the tight timeline.
Solution
The result is a custom built website, not assembled on an off-the-shelf platform, that pairs a century of building history with a premium offer of 43 apartments. Delivering it fast, in under two weeks, didn't mean compromising on craft, just a differently paced process.
