A website for Rezidence Na Karmeli, built on a story between history and a new home

Challenge

Svoboda & Williams needed a website for Rezidence Na Karmeli, 56 apartments in an elegant new building in the historic center of Mladá Boleslav, on a street where architectural styles and the city's stories have been meeting for a long time. The core communication move was to connect that continuity of place with the personal stories of future residents, an apartment here isn't just an address, it's room for your own next chapter.

Process

We built the whole site around the claim "Room for all your stories," from the opening section through to the private green inner courtyard that turns the residence into a calm island in a city otherwise known as the home base of Škoda Auto. We connected the price list and the ongoing construction updates, insulation, facade, right through to occupancy approval, so the site lived alongside the build and prospects saw real progress, not just renderings.

Solution

The result is a website for 56 apartments in 1+kk to 4+kk layouts that holds the promise of "your home, your center" from the first line to the latest construction update. The residence received its occupancy approval in April 2026 exactly on schedule, and the site documented that progress transparently the whole way through.
